Watermelon Wine Cocktail

This PEJU Carnivál wine cocktail is the ultimate summer sipper. For your next BBQ party, make it ahead of time, and keep in the refrigerator. Pour into a pitcher with glasses of ice on the side, and you’re all set with a refreshing signature drink for your guests!

Ingredients

1 cup PEJU Carnivál
2 tbsp simple syrup
1/4 cup fresh watermelon puree
Splash of fresh lime juice
Mint for garnish

Instructions

Serves 2

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Place watermelon in a blender and pulse until smooth

Combine watermelon puree, Carnivál, simple syrup, and lime juice. Stir or shake

Pour over ice

Garnish with mint & watermelon spears

If time allows, freeze additional watermelon puree and use as ice cubes
