8 cloves roasted garlic
¼ cup of olive oil
1 spring fresh thyme, chopped
6 oz Cream Cheese
6 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated
1teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Calabrian Chile paste
¼ cup of mayonnaise
Salt and white pepper to taste
1 French baguette
¼ cup olive oil
For Crostinis
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
Slice baguette into ¼ inch crostinis and lay onto a baking sheet
Brush each crostini evenly with olive oil
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Reserve crostinis until needed.
For The Dip
In a small saucepan, combine garlic, olive oil, and thyme. Cook over low heat until garlic is soft and fragrant. Set aside to cool.
In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese on medium speed for about 15 minutes, until creamy and fluffy.
Add the cooled garlic mixture to the cream cheese and mix on low speed until fully incorporated.
Add Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, Calabrian chile paste, and mayonnaise. Continue mixing until smooth and well combined.
Season with salt and ground white pepper to taste.
