OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH ONE PERCENT FOR THE PLANET

As we begin 2026, we’re proud to share meaningful news for the future of PEJU—and the land that makes everything we do possible. 

We are officially partnering with 1% for the Planet, marking an important first step in a long-term commitment to environmental stewardship. For us, this partnership is a natural extension of who we’ve always been. As a family-owned winery rooted in Rutherford for over 40 years, sustainability isn’t a trend—it’s a responsibility.
As we launch this program, we are starting with a product line membership, committing 1% of sales from our Napa Valley Collection of wines to support environmental nonprofits working to protect the earth we all depend on. We chose this tier intentionally—it represents the largest volume of wine we produce and is most widely enjoyed through our tasting room, our wine club and in restaurants, allowing our impact to be both meaningful and visible.

This approach reflects how we operate as a winery: thoughtful, responsible, and built for the long term. It allows us to begin where we can make the greatest immediate impact, while laying the groundwork for continued participation and growth within the program over time.
This partnership reinforces a belief we’ve long held—that caring for the land is essential to its longevity, and ours. Through hands-on community involvement, employee volunteer efforts, and now our support of 1% for the Planet, we’re investing in a future where Napa Valley continues to thrive for generations to come.
