FEATURED WINES
Our Blanc de Blancs captivates with its bright and refreshing character. The nose offers enticing notes of key lime and lemon meringue pie, setting the stage for a delightful tasting experience. On the palate, delicate and lacy bubbles caress the senses, revealing layers of flavor that unfold gracefully, with white peach and apple blossom intermingling harmoniously and brioche notes adding depth and complexity. The wine culminates in a crisp and clean finish that leaves you wanting more.
Our 2023 Dry Rosé provides an array of flavors and aromas that captivate the senses from the first sip. Its mouthwatering appeal is matched by the beauty of its aromatic profile, where lively notes of lime zest and bright fruits intertwine effortlessly. Delicate nuances of melon rind, rhubarb, and a subtle hint of watermelon add depth and complexity, while a gentle whisper of a tropical ocean breeze transports the palate to distant shores.
“Province is the wine for all foods and for all moods”-Herta (HB) Peju. After 5 years of living in Napa Valley Tony Peju wanted to create a wine that would be considered a “bridge wine”, for white wine drinkers who were ready to explore the world of red wines.
This Pinot Noir exudes elegance and finesse. On the nose, aromas of Bing cherry and red fruit dominate, while hints of tobacco and porcini mushroom add complexity and depth. On the palate, this Pinot Noir is well balanced, with medium tannins and a silky texture that coats the mouth. The expressive flavors of wild huckleberry and peppercorn medley are complemented by the earthy notes making for a wine that is both fruity and savory and perfectly balanced.
Our Late Harvest Orange Muscat was made in the classic ice-wine style. The aromatics of this wine are bursting with sweet orange blossom and caramelized ginger, and dried aprioct. The nose is enticing and complements the flavors of honeysuckle, lychee, and honeydew on the palate. Although a chilled glass of this wine is a dessert in itself, it is also a delicious partner for guity desserts such as apricot panna cotta or goat cheese and fresh figs drizzled with honey.
