Lisa Peju, the American Truffle Company and celebrity Chef, Ken Frank of La Toque, are delighted to host The Art of Truffles Unveiled: An Evening of Wine, Art, and Truffles. Prepare to indulge in a truly extraordinary dining experience crafted by Chef Ken. As he skillfully blends the rich flavors of Australian winter black truffles with the vibrant essence of summer ingredients like corn and squash, you’ll savor a remarkable fusion that transcends seasons.

  • 4 PM – 6 PM VIP Art Reception in the PEJU Cellar
  • 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM Dinner in the Tower 

Your evening begins with a art reception from the Heart of Peju Collective, a group of women commissioned by the family to create original works inspired by the winery. Guests of The Art of Truffles Unveiled enjoy access to VIP section as part of their dinner experience.  

 After enjoying the art and beauty of PEJU, make your way to the HB Vineyard where Chef Ken will prepare a unique and delectable dinner featuring flavorful summer ingredients with winter black truffles from down under sourced by the American Truffle Company.  

 The outstanding experience will be paired with premium small-lot wines handpicked by Lisa Peju. The Art of Truffles Unveiled has limited seating and will sell out quickly, ensure your spot and reserve today!

Alluring with expressive notes of tart green apple, Bartlett pear and white blossoms, this Blanc de Blancs is impressively dense on the palate. Crisp acid and subtle accents of honey and gingerbread delight with a long, fresh finish.

This wine presents a mouthwatering bouquet of panna cotta, lemon curd, and lime zest. Combined nuances of honey crisp apple, butterscotch, and minerality create a round and elegant palate. The silky-smooth mouthfeel is met with a crispness that leaves you wanting more.

Decadently juicy with a fragrant nose of vanilla, cherry, and leather. Wonderfully rich and supple on the palate, expressing lush black cherry and blackberry flavors, this wine is complex, complemented by notes of molasses, cocoa nibs, and thyme.

Introduced by a beautifully elegant nose of violets, ripe berries, and toasted vanilla with subtle hints of white pepper. As the wine opens up, it displays fragrant notes of lightly roasted hazelnuts, espresso and sweet tobacco. On the palate this wine delivers flavors of ripe cherry, rich blueberry, savory herbs and cocoa on the finish. 

This utterly decadent dessert wine features vibrant notes of fresh mission figs, black raspberry, vanilla, and hints of green and white peppercorn spice. The front of the palate is lush showcasing darker flavors of currant, plum, and hints of caramel with a bright finish. The mix of acidity and fruit makes for a balanced and sweet dessert wine.
