Guacamole + Hummus = Guacamummus
What happens when you combine guacamole and hummus into one dip? Pure bliss. With lemon juice and jalapeños, this Guacamummus is the ideal blend of zesty, spicy and creamy and will have you reaching for everything you could possibly dip in it.
- 2 jalapeños, seeds removed
- 1 cup garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 avocados, skins and pits removed
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and combine until smooth. If needed, add small amounts of water until desired consistency is reached. Serve with LE Wines Vintner’s White Blend for sipping and tortilla chips, pita and veggies for dipping.
