We’re taking Club PEJU back on the road and inviting members and their guests to join us for a special winemaker family style dinner with Sara Fowler at New York’s BLACKBARN Restaurant on Thursday, April 6th. BLACKBARN is one of the best farm-to-table restaurants in New York offering an elegant menu in the comfort of a modern barn.
PEJU and BLACKBARN have produced an extraordinary dining experience hosted in the Restaurant Loft. From this bird’s eye view of the Main Dining Room, Sara will lead you through an evening of limited production PEJU wines, including a charming “Big Bottle” Course, paired with a sophisticated menu of locally sourced dishes from the BLACKBARN culinary team.

Our Brut Rosé presents a beautiful rose gold color and elegant florals on the nose enhanced by aromas of lily of the valley, cantaloupe, and white peach. Opening on the palate with bright acidity, this cheeky sparkling wine bounces with flavors of fraises du bois (wild strawberry) and lemon zest.
