Winemaker Notes: The wine was aged in American Oak barrels for 10 months with only 10% new Oak; the balance of the cooperage between 1 and 4-year-old barrels. The wine was bottled unfined. 100% zinfandel.
Sensory Description: Dark purple and garnet in color with aromas of raspberry, cranberry, dried cherry, and clove. Bright, blackberry jam gives way to a round, spicy impression on the palate. Big, bold tannins give this wine a long, lingering finish.
