Heirloom Tomatoes
Shallots (peeled, minced)
Garlic Clove (micro plained)
Sesame Seed Oil
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt & Pepper

Method

1. Place the tomatoes in a food mill with the shallots and pass through.
2. Add all other ingredients and season to taste.
3. Chill over night and adjust seasoning before serving.
