Duck confit with soba noodles |

Ingredients
Soba Noodles
Duck Confit (shredded)
Cilantro (stems removed)
Chives (small slices)
Lemon (zested and juiced)
Orange (zested and juiced)
Shallots (minced)
Garlic (minced)
Fresh Ginger (grated)
Rice Wine Vinegar
Sesame Seed Oil
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper |

Cook soba noodles and rinse cool. |
|

Add chopped cilantro, chives, lemon and orange juice, with minced shallots, ginger and garlic. |

Mix and also add vinegar, both oils. |

Toss in duck. |

Season to taste and serve chilled. |
