Combine blackberries, sugar, Zinfandel and lemon grass in small sauce pot and cook till temperature reaches 225°F. |

Remove lemon grass and purée in food processor. |

|
Strain through a fine chinois and add remaining bottle of Zinfandel to mixture. |

|
| 4. |
|
Chill for at least 2-3 hours. |
