In 1987, I made my first trip up into the Napa Valley, having just moved to the Bay Area. My first stop was at a very small winery called "Peju". We were greeted by the owner, Tony, on crutches, who despite his broken foot, took us on a tour of his winery and property, and also helped introduce this then "newbie" to the wonderful world of wines.
Over the years my gifts from Peju have graced many tables, and to a person, the reaction is always the same: this may be the best wine I have ever tasted.
Thanks to Tony's knowledge and generosity, I have met and become friends with many vineyard owners in the North Counties.
You would be missing the best if you did not stop by Peju Winery, both from the vine, and from the heart of the Peju Family.

Steve and I met over a bottle of '02 Peju Cab and were able visit your winery in July of 2007 for my 40th birthday. Peju holds a special place in our hearts. We thought you would like to see our Halloween costumes from last year.

Hi,
My wife and I visited Peju while we honeymooned in Napa during 2006. We had a great time, love the wine, and your landscaping/architecture. We had such a great time that we named our dog Peju, after your vineyard. She is a great dane and turned 1 on April 25th, 2009. Her birthday just passed, but I thought i'd send a few pictures of our self-proclaimed Peju mascot. I hope you enjoy.

Peju was such a beautiful winery to visit while we were enjoying the wine country (all the way from Norrkoping, Sweden) with our daughter Ida who is staying in Marin for a year. We bought some of your Peju Merlot and can't wait to have it with a nice dinner when we are back home!
