Sensory Description: Pale straw yellow color. Aromas of citrus, pear, spice, vanilla, with hints of toasty oak. Full, rich round mid palate from the “sur lie” barrel ageing. Flavors of crisp green apple, fresh pear, with a creamy texture to the finish.
