Guacamummus (Avocado Hummus)

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and combine until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add water until desired consistency is reached. Serve with tortilla chips, pita and veggies.


  • 2 jalapenos, seeds removed
  • 1 cup cooked garbanzo beans or canned garbanzo beans, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 avocados, skins and pits removed
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber, skins removed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
